A new book from renowned beer writer Adrian Tierney-Jones will take readers on a fascinating journey across the British Isles, exploring 250 of the finest beers available in bottles and cans.
Focusing entirely on the domestic market, the United Kingdom of Beer offers a comprehensive overview of the numerous types and styles of beer available in modern Britain, complete with tasting notes and fascinating background stories about each beer as well as an insightful look into how to pair the beers with food, mood and occasion.

Written and researched by Beer Writer of the Year 2017 and author of several books including The Seven Moods of Craft Beer, this new volume draws on Tierney-Jones’ expertise and passion for excellent beer.

Fully illustrated in colour, the United Kingdom of Beer is the latest book from the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), creators of the wildly successful Good Beer Guide which has been an essential resource for all fans of beer for 50 years.

About Adrian Tierney-Jones:
Adrian Tierney-Jones is an award-winning freelance journalist who writes about beer, pubs, food, and travel for various magazines and newspapers, including the Daily Telegraph, Beer, the Daily Star, Good Beer Hunting and Pellicle. He is also the author of over a dozen books on beer and pubs including The Seven Moods of Craft Beer and is the editor of three editions of 1001 Beers to Taste Before You Die. Winner of Beer Writer of the Year in 2017 and Chair of Judges at the World Beer Awards, Adrian is often to be found standing in front of an audience with a glass in hand, telling tales of drinking beer in bars across the world.
