Shakespeare Branch Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Shakespeare CAMRA is scheduled for 8th July.During the AGM, Shakespeare CAMRA will hear reports from Branch Officers, receive and approve the branch accounts, and elect members to the Branch Committee.After 15-20 years' service, a number of those on the Branch Committee will not be re-standing for election. This impacts three out of the five core roles required for Shakespeare CAMRA to continue, as well as other roles (in bold).Core roles:          Branch Chair          Secretary          Treasurer          Membership Secretary          Pub Data Co-ordinatorOther roles to be elected are:          Good Beer Guide Submissions Co-ordinator          Pub Protection Officer          Pub Promotions and Awards Co-ordinator          Branch Contact          Cider Representative          Social Secretary          Website Co-ordinator          Core Committee MembersIf you or someone you know would like to become more involved in Branch activities or would like more information about any of the roles, please let me know.Even if you do not feel that you would like to be part of the formal workings of the Branch Committee, it would be good to see you at the AGM. Please note that attendance at the AGM is only open to current members of CAMRA.
