After 36 years as the licensee and almost as many as the owner of the Engineers Arms, Kevin has decided to retire.It would be remiss of the Branch not to recognise the massive contribution that Kevin has made in his support of CAMRA, Real Ale, cider, the local community, international beer related relationships, music, comedy, social events, organised pub and brewery trips, etc.Thirty years in the Good Beer Guide - twenty-nine of them consecutive - and multiple Branch and County awards are testament to the dedication that Kevin put into running his pub. To commemorate his forthcoming retirement both the Branch and the County will be making a presentation to Kevin to which all CAMRA members are welcome.
