Description

The first of Cumbria's new generation of breweries (1986) owned by Graeme and Caroline Baxter. Uses 20 barrel brewlength and reed bed effluent system; a limited number of site-grown hops. Speciality lager, both cask and keg versions, introduced 2015. Multiple awards for beers, with several CBOB finalists at GBBF.
