Description

This six-barrel brewery was founded in 2005 on the site of the former Brunt & Bucknall Brewery in nearby Woodville, but relocated to new premises on the National Trust's Calke Abbey Estate in 2012. Around 20 outlets are supplied direct, mainly in the North Midlands, with most cask production directed to the brewery's three micropubs: Queens Road Tap, Leicester, Tap at No.76, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and Town Street Tap, Duffield, plus the onsite tap, the Milking Parlour.

Yes - regular organised tours on one Saturday per month; see website for details. Any other times by arrangement, but limited to Friday evenings and weekends; small charge for beer, plus food if required; maximum 15. (No permanent visitor centre.)
