Description

Ticketybrew opened in 2013 using a five-barrel plant, producing cask and bottle-conditioned
beers brewed using a Belgian yeast strain. Late 2016/early 2017 TicketyBrew expanded to a 10bbl plant, producing bottles, cask and keg. Whilst still using Belgian yeast, the team explore a wide variety of yeast, and concentrate on exploring the wonderful flavours yeast can add to a beer
