Description

Roosters is an independent, family-owned brewery and taproom which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023. Weekly production capacity is 200 barrels, which includes one-off experimental beers, brewed as part of the brewery's Outlaw Project. As well as the permanent beer range, Roosters' produces over 30 limited release beers each year.
