Description
Quercus began trading in 2007 using an 8 BBL plant, before being sold to local residents, John Tiner and Mike George in 2012. The company have submitted a planning application to build a new purpose-built 20 BBL brewery and visitor centre nearby at Ledstone Cross, where they may move to during the currency of this guide.
