Quantum is dedicated to experimentation and is not afraid to take a risk and brew a beer if the concept behind it is interesting, regardless of whether or not it’s been brewed before. Quantum brews short run beers and one-off specials mainly for the local free trade and Wetherspoons outlets. Their beers can be unusual and are always worth trying if you are lucky enough to come across them.
