Description

Founded in 2019, Pastore Brewing & Blending specialise in mixed-fermentation sour and wild ales. Pastore (Pas-tor-ray) is Italian for shepherd, in honour of the brewer's Italian family. It ties rustic, wild brewing with a modern, semi-urban setting, making new-age fresh, fruited weisses, as well as barrel-aged old saisons.

Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database. You too can join the effort and help the CAMRA community grow stronger. Your contributions could help beer enthusiasts find their next favourite brew.
