Description

North Star was opened in 2012 by a long term home brewer using a purpose built 10 barrel plant. Now supplying numerous local outlets and distributing widely through wholesales, production has increased to a level where several family members are now involved in the process. All beers are brewed using British Maris Otter Barley. Seasonal, occasional and bottle conditioned beers are available: see website.
