Description

MonsteX (formally Anstey Ale Brewery) set up in 2015 by Christina and Stuart Slessor to make a single beer for Christina's Father's club. The business has grown and expanded brewing capacity to cope with increasing demand, moving to larger premises in Loughborough in 2023 with a new 5.5-barrel plant. Since brewing commenced, the range of beers and styles have increased and the Monstex brand introduced to cater for the craft beer market. Although the brewery has grown, it still holds true to its ethos of remaining family-run, brewing quality beers for the free trade.
