Description

Mills was established in Berkeley in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Genevieve and Jonny Mills. Wort is produced in multiple locations, which is then fermented in wooden vessels at its premises using 100% wild yeasts and bacteria from the local surroundings. The lambic-style bottle-conditioned beers are mostly available via its online store.
Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database.
