Description

Founded in 2016, the 30-barrel plant mainly brews keg beer for the company's Red's True Barbecue restaurant chain. Under new ownership, a wider portfolio of non-permanent beers are being produced, with canned output substantially increasing too, aided by the installation of a 200-litre pilot kit. A limited amount of cask beer is sometimes available in the local free-trade.
