Description

Lazy Bay was established in 2018 by ex-teacher and former home brewer Brett Phillips using a purpose-built, 2.5-barrel plant brewing a small core range while experimenting with one-off specials. All beers are unfined, and the higher gravity beers are brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast. Beers are delivered direct to local pubs and beer festivals.
