Description

Idle Valley Brewery began brewing in December 2014 from a 1.46 BBL plant. Initial sales were at local Christmas markets and as the brewery’s reputation grew cask sales increased. A core range of 5 beers was developed and in August 2015 2 x 5BBL fermenters were acquired. SIBA success boosted sales and then the opening of the Idle Valley Tap in Retford which exceeded all expectations stretched the brewing to the limit hence the present upgrade to a 12BBL plant. The core range has been extended to 8 beers.
