Description

Originally known as Pixie Spring, Hopcraft began brewing in 2011 in the Wheatsheaf, Llantrisant. In 2012 there was a joining of forces with Gazza Prescott of Steel City Brewing and a move to the present 12-barrel plant. The brewery opened the Hopbunker, a cellar bar in the centre of Cardiff, in 2015.
