Description

Owner and founder, Lawrence Bunning, decided to combine his love for beer with reutilising unused space on his family farm, setting up the brewery in the old dairy shed. Water is drawn from a bore hole. Passionate about the environment, solar energy is utilised from panels on the brewery roof and heat from the wood chip boiler. Brewing waste is used to feed the farm's prize-winning, rare-breed cattle.
