Description

Named after Elmer, an 11th century monk at nearby Malmesbury Abbey who attempted flight from the abbey tower using self-made wings. Owned by the farm where it's located, allowing reduced waste by using brewery by-product as cattle feed. A stone-built barn next to the brewery has been attractively converted to a café tap, offering some of the brewery's cask and keg beers, and incorporating the shop which sells cans of the keg beers.
