Description

The Florence has been brewing since opening in 2007 in a 5 barrel plant. Purchased by beer historian Peter Haydon from Greene King following the acquisition of Capital Pubs, the Florence brews for Capital Pub Co pubs and produces 'A Head in a Hat' beers, specialising in London beer recipes, for the London free trade. In 2013 extra fermentation and maturation vessels were added.

Due to multiple reasons Peter is not brewing any more and the brewing kit may be up for sale. The ownership or the brands and beers is uncertain.
