Description

A microbrewery, in the north of the Isle of Angelsey. It is fitted into an early 19th century cottage that was built to house miners working in the historic copper mines of the nearby Parys Mountain. It is also the home of the brewery owners. The beers and ciders are produced in a purpose-built brew room using the latest German and British fermenters. Bespoke beers can be supplied for special events. Brewing is currently suspended.
