Description

DMC Brewery, founded by husband and wife team Gez and Ele, produce the finest alcoholic ginger beer, made using fresh, natural ingredients, avoiding the use of synthetics, so the beers are gluten-free and mostly vegan. Four signature flavours, available for nationwide delivery, plus small batch, seasonal brews are produced. Its taproom is open Thursday to Saturday.
