Description

Microbrewery established in Colyton in 2017 using a four-barrel plant. The brewer is frequently trialling new recipes. The majority of current production is bottle-conditioned but cask ales are produced for some local pubs and for festivals. All beers are unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. An on-site brewery bar is planned.
