Description

The Consortium Brewing Company was setup in 2016 to serve the Consortium micropub and tasting lounge. It is situated in the Cornmarket of Louth, down a small passageway close to the Masons Arms. A large, diverse range of ale and gin styles is now brewed on the Fairfield Industrial Estate. It has produced more than 100 different ales since production started and bottle them for sale on the market (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday), within 20 metres of the pub.
