Blythe began brewing in 2003 using a 2.5-barrel plant in a converted barn. Only organic ingredients are used wherever possible. Following a buyout by two brothers in 2017, the brewery increased its range of beers. 15 outlets are supplied direct with others supplied by wholesalers throughout the region.
