Description

Blackhill began brewing in 2012 using spare capacity at Geltsdale Brewery. In 2013 it moved to its own premises in Stanley using a 10-barrel plant, before relocating again in 2018 to a more convenient site at Chester-le-Street. Beers are named after Durham coal mining seams and are available on rotation.
