Description

Part of Olde Mill Limited, of London Cider Co. fame, Big Rabbit commenced brewing in June 2014 in a former rural sawmill, producing three ales. This has rapidly expanded to a range of six, plus three seasonal ales, with plans for bottle conditioned beers during the coming year. They often use locally sourced ingredients and Herefordshire hops. The company also produces cider. See website for product availability.

The brewery has relocated from Cullompton, Devon, to Glasgow in mid-2017, and are trading under the name Merchant City Brewing (which was already entered onto BIS).
