Description

Brewing started in early 2012 on a 5BBL brewery nestling in the South Downs. A Batch Sparge mash process is used which whilst this doesn't extract the maximum potential from the grain minimises the extraction of tannins and contributes to a better flavoured beer.The beer is unfined and no Isinglass is used making it vegetarian.
