Description

A six-barrel plant in a reconstructed farm dairy that started in 2011. A 60 metre bore hole produces pure water rich in minerals ideally suited to brewing. The regular beers are supplemented by limited run specials that explore different styles and flavours. The Hop Barn, is now open, which holds monthly events and can be hired privately.
