Description

Kent Brewery was founded in 2010 by Toby Simmonds (ex Dark Star brewer) and Paul Herbert. A 10-barrel plant has been in operation at the Birling site since 2011. Outlets (500+) are supplied direct, mainly in Kent, Sussex, and London. A dozen regular beers are produced, constantly changing specials, and house beers for the Craft Beer Co pubs. Casks are also sold throughout the UK and abroad, particularly in Sweden and Finland. Kegs are also produced, all of which are unfined, naturally-carbonated live beer.
