Named after the three Yorkshire Dales mountains and established in 2006, owners Chris and Jennifer Holt moved the five-barrel plant to new modern premises while retaining the services of previous owner/brewer, Colin Ashwell. Its philosophy is to produce quality ales using premium ingredients to celebrate the great outdoors. Beers are currently supplied to outlets in the Dales, West Yorkshire and East Lancashire.

CAMRA tasting notes
This malty mid-brown session bitter is balanced by fruit in the aroma and taste. The finish is malty and hoppy.
