Description

Established in 2009 in a redundant milking parlour on the highest farm in Cornwall using a 7.5-barrel plant and water from its own spring. A new purpose-built brewery, shop, restaurant and visitor centre opened in 2017. The brewery is powered by a wind turbine and uses only wet yeast and English malt and hops.
