One-barrel nanobrewery staffed by volunteers, attached to the Gilbert White Museum. It produces bottled, cask-conditioned and keg beer using modern kit in Gilbert White's original brewhouse, dating from 1765. One brew uses an original recipe. Bottled beer is sold in the shop (Tue-Sun). Cask and keg beer is sold at its tied pub, the Jubilee Tap Room, Selborne village. It is also produced on demand for the free trade, festivals and other events.

A traditional English bitter. Predominantly malty throughout, with some fruitiness. Smooth on the palate, with a short finish.
