Description

The four founders moved north from London (having worked at Kernel and Siren breweries in the past decade), and opened Newbarns in 2020. Real ale production commenced at the end of 2021. An adjacent taproom was opened in 2022 and collaborations on cask ale with Donzoko, which formerly brewed at the site, as well as other brewers, has been a recent feature.
