Description

Established in 2020, IVO Brewery is run by two friends and neighbours, Charlie Abbott and Jason Jones, both successful homebrewers. Every beer is naturally fined and vegan-friendly. Despite being a small brewery, a core range is brewed with occasional and on-demand specials. The core range of nine beers varies from a Kolsh-style lager to porters. All are available as bottle-conditioned, with some also in cask and the remainder in keg (dependent on style).
