Description

The North Brink brewery was established in 1795. Owned by the Elgood family since 1878, the fifth generation are now involved in running the business. Elgood's has approximately 30 tied pubs within a 50-mile radius of the brewery and a substantial free trade. Lambic-style beers are produced using the brewery's old open cooling trays as fermenting vessels. Off-sales are available year round from the shop in the brewery office (when the visitor centre is closed).
