Description

Manchester Union is a Central European-style, lager brewery co-founded by former Six O'Clock brewer Ian Johnson. It uses a decoction technique in the mash and German lager malts. The beers undergo several weeks conditioning in tanks. Beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised and available across Greater Manchester. 
Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database.
