Description

A 2.5-barrel brewery in an outbuilding of owner's private houise. The main output goes into bottles but as pub trade picks up, there will be greater concentration on the range of cask beers. All beers are suitable for vegans (unfined and unfiltered). Brewery sets up stalls at local markets for sale of bottles. Distribution of beers is to local areas as wholesalers are not used.
