Re-established in 2000 after post-war closure by Whitbread of the original Nottingham Brewery in the 1950s. Investment by a new majority shareholder meant a site move for the brewery was planned during the currency of this Guide, to allow space for expansion and updating the brewery plant. The ethos of the brewery remains the same; traditional cask ales, serving the local market and beyond.
