Stannary began operating in 2016 using a 2.5-barrel plant, moving to larger premises with a six-barrel plant in 2018 and again in 2023 with room to expand. The brewery tap is open on Friday-Saturday showcasing its many unfined and unfiltered craft beers with sports events and occasional live entertainment. Street food is available on Friday evenings. The shop is open Monday-Thursday (see website for times).
