Description

A chain of four brewpubs, the first began brewing in 2000 in Blackheath, London. Each incorporates a computer-controlled, German plant producing unfiltered and unfined ales and lagers. All beers use natural ingredients, are suitable for vegetarians, and are served from tanks using air pressure (not CO2).
