Description

Pilot began brewing in 2013 in an industrial unit in Leith using a five-barrel plant. A move to larger premises has allowed for expansion. Beers are unfined and unfiltered, some vegan and gluten-free. Most output is keg or can, but cask-conditioned ale is making a regular return to selected pubs in Edinburgh by means of a subscription scheme. Traditional styles are being brewed monthly, with a Pilot twist. There is a brewery shop, with beers and other merchandise available.
Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database. You too can join the effort and help the CAMRA community grow stronger. Your contributions could help beer enthusiasts find their next favourite brew.
