The brewery opened in 2013 in central Brixton with beer names and branding reflecting the local area. An investment by Heineken in 2017 enabled expansion into a nearby industrial unit. As of 2021 Brixton is now owned outright by Heineken. The original arch is used for seasonal and experimental brews and the adjacent arch houses the taproom. The bulk of production is in KeyKeg, cans and bottles.

CAMRA tasting notes
Pale hazy gold beer with lemon zest and a growing bitterness. A little biscuit and apricot on the palate. Spicy hops finish.
