An English golden ale using a very simple grist that lets both of the regeneratively grown grains meld with a very simple hopping regime which includes German varieties from @locherhopfen that give delicate notes of lemon peel and stone fruit to almost mimic the hopping of Southern Bavarian pilsners. All hops are added to the kettle; beginning, end and whirlpool.
