A full-bodied stout using the hybrid barley variety Plumage Archer rather than its cousin Spratt. Woodshedding use both black malt and roasted barley with the aim of reducing the harsher burnt coffee notes one can get from roasted barley. Hops are Bullion and grown by Hukins Hops
