On The Level IPA was created to pay to homage to the original IPAs from 200 years ago. While we draw inspiration from history, we are utilising modern techniques and hops to bring old recipes into the modern day. Earthy pine and bright citrus flavours with subtle caramel and toasty undertones. IBU: 55 Colour: Pale Amber
