The original photo we all know as Big Foot was taken in the West Coast mountains of America by an explorer called Patterson, and so the nickname “Patty” was coined for the first image of a Big Foot. Our IPA, is in honour of that original photo and the beer style that started the craft beer revolution. Loaded with citrus, piney resin hop flavours and aromas, perfectly balanced with a subtle malt character. The result is a crisp brew with a lingering bitterness that is as refreshing on a hot day in the sun as it is a cold winter by the fire.
