Grade II listed village pub overlooking the main A684 Wensleydale road at western edge of village next to the Parish Church gate. Reopened in November 2023 after a prolonged closure. Has retained the old two room interior, comprising the bar and a connected dining room, both warmed by log burners. Enlarged car park to the rear, with a widened entrance. New owners took over in July 2025.
