Nov 2023: Since closure, building is in poor state of repair with area of roof collapsed.

Set in the picturesque hamlet of Giddea Hall, The Crown is a traditional country pub built on many levels, on the main Chippenham to Bristol road. Plenty of parking. Accommodation in stable block type building attached to the pub. Food is served daily. Recently purchased from Enterprise Inns and subsequently now a true Free house. The beer range will change to reflect customers preference but will always include at least one local beer. An ale festival will be held at the end of August.
