Splendidly renovated pub that reopened in Aug-2022. A huge amount of energy has gone into this makeover and it has a very different vibe to it than it's previous incarnation. There has been an extension and bi-fold doors open up onto the garden area, a completely designed interior makes for a relaxing space and there is a focus on quality food.

Te path of the proposed Wilts and Berks Canal is passing directly behind the pub, so perhaps in time there will be another way to get the pub, but for now a large car park adajent to it or a pleasant cycle will work fine..
